DRAM read disturbance, like RowHammer and RowPress, is a critical robustness issue where accessing DRAM can cause unintended bitflips in other unaccessed DRAM locations. DRAM read disturbance bitflips significantly impact the safe, secure, and reliable operation of DRAM-based computing systems.
